Abstracts: Our project is basically on hydraulic gear pump, Here two gear are Necessary for provide rotary motion of the pump with using motor So the problem in the pump is Take the more power, heat in short time, output is less. We have new modified of cooling system in gear pump with extra attachment and in gear pump we want to cost reduction . Gear pumps have close tolerances and shaft support on both sides of the gears. This allows them to run to pressures beyond 3,000 PSI / 200 BAR, making them well suited for use in hydraulics. With four bearings in the liquid and tight tolerances, they are not well suited to handling abrasive or extreme high temperature applications. Gear pumping principle uses two rotating gears which unmeshed at the suction side of the pump to create voids which allow atmospheric pressure to force fluid into the pump. The spaces between the gear teeth transport the fluid along the outer perimeter of the housing to the discharge side, and then the gears re-mesh at the center to discharge the fluid. The gears are supported by bearings on both sides, which allows high discharge pressure capabilities.
