Abstracts: Our aim is to maintain the temperature of the water that is circulated around the diode (which is very expensive) used in diamond industries for cutting purposes so that it does not get damaged by getting hotter. In our project, we are using AVR controller. The 3 inputs –water level, water flow, temperature sensor are interfaced with the AVR controller . Water level sensor will check whether the water has reached up to a certain point (threshold level) or not, if not, then the system will turn off so as to save power. The water flow will check whether the water is circulating or not. The temperature sensor will sense the temperature of water.All the sensors are interfaced with the AVR controller which will decide the operation of compressor, pump, interlock & solenoid as per the inputs ,it will get from these sensors. The present status of compressor, pump, water level, water flow & solenoid will be displayed on LCD. The status of temperature of water will be displayed on 7 segment display.
