• To find out the customer feedback about assistance provided by the company
• To find out the customer feedback about maintenance cost of Maximo.
• To find out the satisfaction level of the customer regarding the performance of Maximo vehicle.
• To find out the satisfaction level of the customer regarding the workshop facility provided by Company.

Conclusions
1. It is concluded that the company only provide assistance in providing finance for the vehicle, no other pre assistance is provided by the company. The company has provided the good financing facility but not provided permit required for on the road vehicle.
2. It is concluded that the product (Maximo) requires high maintenance charges which results low demand. The initial years maintenance cost of the vehicle is on higher side.
3. It is concluded that the workshop facility provided by the company is not satisfactory. Maximum customers were dissatisfied with workshop facility.
4. It is concluded that overall performance of Maximo customer is on dissatisfaction side. Maximum customers were dissatisfied with the Overall performance of the Vehicle.
Suggestions
Financing facility provided by the company is good but percentage charged is very high so is better they should try to reduces it.
Company should employee experience servicemen to hence the sales by there selling skill.
Company should improve its workshop facilities. Like employing skilled technical staff and high quality material has provided and inbuilt other facilities like LCD and clean toilets etc.
Company to take step to improve the quality of the product by adopting latest technology.
Company should use good marketing strategies.
Company should provide attractive skim on vehicles to attracts the customer.
Company should provide other assistance facilities like assistance for national and regional permits, assistance for DL.
