District Administrative Complex is under construction and the project is given by PWD (B&R)to the Shristi Constructions which is well established company engaged for long period in construction .The company is now interested to diversify itself into the new fields such as real estate, bridges ,roads and civil infrastructure works. The company has executed many civil engineering projects of different categories such as multistorey housing, commercial complexes, metro stations along with electrical and health works, several such projects are presently in hand. I was appointed as a trainee by PWD (B&R) at the project of construction of District Administrative Complex. The existing court complex is overcrowded and all departments are not at one place .Therefore this building is important in bringing all departments to one place and facing exiting crowd .

Number of stories: 2 basements and 4 stories above ground floor.
Foundations designed according to safe bearing capacity of 170 KN/m2.
All R.C.C. work according to IS 456 : 2000
All reinforcement work by Fe 500 (500 N/mm2 tensile strength) according to IS 1786-85
Concrete used: M25 for all RCC structural members.
Steel shuttering to be used for all R.C.C. works.
The brickwork shall commence only after the completion of RCC framework.
Time limit of the project is 2 years.
Start date of project id 30/Oct/2012 while initial date of completion is 09 /Jan/2015
