Abstracts: “A CallShop” is web based call management application. It is used to track all the records of VoIP calls in cyber café. This application is used by the cyber café operator. This application is track all activities like Called No, call starting time, call ending time, billing details, cabin management, Operator information, regular report generation, operator wise report generation subscription criteria, and active call list. The main motivation behind this system is to give interactive and more user familiar interface for the cyber café operator. Another essential purpose of this application is query optimization for more additional support at back end. Regular failure is overcome by this system. This business needs all call history so storage capability is increase by this system. This system is going to solve the issues like run time crash of server and scalability of application. This system has functionality of easy management of all over data with the help of single click event. Active call list is helpful to identify active call with its user details.
