Hostel Life:
A hostel is a residence where students live on training/ College time. I live in a
hostel. The name of my hostel is 'Girl Hostel 3' It is situated near our college. It is
the most renowned hostel of our college. The environment of my hostel is very
charming. There is an open field in front of my hostel. I with some of my friends
play here every afternoon. My hostel life is very happy and enjoyable. I can stay
here attentively. All the students of my hostel are very helpful and friendly. They
are always ready to help me in any problem. To live here, I get opportunity to read
different kinds of newspapers and can take part in debate competition. Living in
hostel, I can acquire much knowledge and practical experience about life. I think
that these would not be possible it I would not live in hostel. Besides, I get
opportunity to follow some rules and regulations living hostel. I have to get up early
in the morning. I have to study more than eight hours per day. I believe that it will
help me to succeed in life. I feel very happy living in hostel. I will never forget the
sweet memories and experiences of my hostel life.
My Daily Routine in Hostel:
24-02 2013 is the date on that day. That day, I get up early in the morning at 5:00 am. Then I
take my bath and brush my teeth as usual. I sit in my bed for self study. I read the new topic for
my presentation and make the slides. i collect a lots of knowledge about the topic(Women
Empowerment). Then my roommate got up and told to me that she feels hunger. So for the shake
of breakfast she took the bath and we both were get ready for the breakfast. We both went to the
Mess. Their was a long queue and we both were stand in a queue and wait. After having the
breakfast we both were went to class at 9:00 am.
Experience from Hostel Life:
For me the hostel life was a turning point to my
life. An average guy when left home for studies & entered into the hostel life it was
a different life different experience for me.I felt like people here are ready to listen
to me what i want to say, they cared for my ideas, they cared & accepted my way
of enjoying & living life. Felt like freedom to me. Hostel thought me how to live with
different kind of people some were crazy, some were creative. The main important
thing was I learned to take care of myself, I learned to feel for others, I learned to
help others, I learned to understand others.
