Executive Summary
The project on recruitment and selection has been a very good experience. . Internship is change in learning from classroom to boardroom, from books to real financial statements. Every company needs a recruitment and selection in their day to day processes. In organization’s skilled employee are needed to run the organization successfully. At the same time, company can provide customer satisfaction and hence can improve their overall productivity and employee’s effectiveness.
This project is a sincere effort to study and analyze the recruitment and selection of Riya recruitment Services. The project focused on making a human resource overview of the company by conducting a recruitment and selection analysis of Riya recruitment services. The essential elements in any enterprise are material, equipment and manpower. Manpower, out of all resources is most important because it is the only human resource, which can act and react. A company has to plan and it has to develop human beings.
The internship is a bridge between the institute and organization. This made me to be involved in a projects that helped me to employ my theoretical knowledge about the myriad and fascinating facts of Human resource. Moreover, in the process I could contribute substantially to the organization growth. The experience that I gathered over the past two months has certainly provided the orientation, which I believe will help me in shouldering any responsibility in future.
INTRODUCTION
The human resources are the most important assets of an organization. The success or failure of an organization is largely dependent on the caliber of the people working therein.
Hence in an organization Human Resource department plays a very important role in smooth functioning of the organization. It is concerned with the people in the organization and their relationship with each other. It is designed such a way to achieve organizational goals at the same time individual goal, motivate them and get the desired output. This function also includes retaining them in the organization.
Getting the right employee for the right job at the right time is most important task for human resource management.
When people do jobs that just don’t suit their liking, inclination or temperament, the results, or rather the lack of it will be disastrously obvious. Low productivity, dissatisfaction, low morale, absenteeism and other negative behavior will become typical till the employees are shown the door or perhaps, there is another option – Human resource management.
“Recruitment and selection process” is very challenging opportunity to a researcher to study the various policies of recruitment and selection in RIYA RECRUITMENT SERVICES. The policies of recruitment and selection have their impact on every part of the organization as they provide the flow of manpower into all departments in an organization. This is an attempt to study in depth the most important function of HR that is “Recruitment & Selection”.

We are here since last two years providing manpower support to the leading companies. We started organization from 26 January 2011 by Mr.Suresh N. Choudhary who is the CEO of our Organization. We started from 2 recruiters and now we have 5 recruiter staff.
