Executive Summary
The project on recruitment and selection has been a very good experience. . Internship is change in learning from classroom to boardroom, from books to real financial statements. Every company needs a recruitment and selection in their day to day processes. In organization’s skilled employee are needed to run the organization successfully. At the same time, company can provide customer satisfaction and hence can improve their overall productivity and employee’s effectiveness.
This project is a sincere effort to study and analyze the recruitment and selection of Riya recruitment Services. The project focused on making a human resource overview of the company by conducting a recruitment and selection analysis of Riya recruitment services. The essential elements in any enterprise are material, equipment and manpower. Manpower, out of all resources is most important because it is the only human resource, which can act and react. A company has to plan and it has to develop human beings.
The internship is a bridge between the institute and organization. This made me to be involved in a projects that helped me to employ my theoretical knowledge about the myriad and fascinating facts of Human resource. Moreover, in the process I could contribute substantially to the organization growth. The experience that I gathered over the past two months has certainly provided the orientation, which I believe will help me in shouldering any responsibility in future.

First we used to provide the manpower for domestic BPOs now we expanded & providing Manpower to Domestic as well as International BPO, & we started for recruiting Finance & marketing Sectors also.
MEANING OF RECRUITMENT
Recruitment is the process concerned with the identification of sources from where the personnel can be employed and motivating them to offer themselves for employment .Recruitment is understood as the process of searching for and obtaining applicants for job, from among whom the right people can be selected. Recruitment refers to the process of receipts of application from job seekers. Recruitment is the first step in employment of labor and the methods through which labor is bought in to industry as much to do with the ultimate success or failure of such employment. Recruitment has been regarded as the most important function of personnel administration because unless the right types of people are hired even the best plans, organization charts and control systems would not do much good.
SOURCES OF RECRUITMENT
When the recruitment plan is finalized which indicates the number and type of prospective candidates, they must be attracted to offer themselves for consideration for their employment. This necessitates the identification of sources from which these candidates can be attracted .Normally for an ongoing organization there are two sources of supply of manpower. The sources of recruitment are divided into traditional and modern. The traditional source is again divided into internal and external sources and modern sources are also again divided into internal and external sources.
CONCLUSION
