The Dealer Satisfaction Research Survey evaluates the company's services and relationship with the Dealers in a range of areas. The research also concerns the satisfaction level of the dealer, brand loyalty, dealer loyalty etc.
COMPANY PROFILE
ARAVIND STEELS is one of the biggest Mini Steel Plant and Rolling Mills in South India.
Shri. T.S. Krishna, Managing Director, T.V. Sundram lyengar promoted this Company & Sons Limited, Madurai and his associates who where the partners of Sree Sankar & co., Under the Managing Agency system in the year 1961. Subsequently, it came under the management of Board of Directors with Sri. T.S. Krishna as Chairman. At Present, the Company is managed by Sri. D. K. Audikesavulu Naidu as chairman.

SCOPE OF THE STUDY
The project is focused on the selected dealers in Trichy city.
The data collection is carried out in Trichy for a period of 20 days.
The project focuses the quality of roots horns.
The study enables to know the expectation of the distributors and consequently the customers.
The project highlights the scope for future improvements on the basis of present scale.
LIMITATIONS OF THE STUDY :
Since the survey was done only in Trichy the result obtained may not be taken as universal suggestion.
Quality of the information highly dependent on the knowledge of the respondents.
Concern person of shop keeping in charge will always change, so that their assessment of the product and the relationship with the company officials could not be adequate
SUGGESTIONS
Though ARAVIND STEELS Ltd. is advertising for its product it is not so effective. To make the advertisement more effective and the product attractive the company has to employ further advertising.
It is clear that ARAVIND STEELS Ltd. having a good will the market because of its quality products.
The some thing in ARAVIND STEELS Ltd is pricing the product is long high so it should be decreased.
The company should increase its suggestion system.
Dealers Relation should increase.
The company can spend a higher amount for advertising express in the Pudukkottai & Tanjore region.
