REVIEW OF LITERATURE
In this section, we will review the 60 identified studies and analyze their research context, their main results, theoretical bases, the research methods used as well as the analytical techniques employed.
As the core of our literature review, the results section compiles nine factors that influence strategy implementation success, as well as several frameworks or models that aggregate or relate relevant factors to each other.

Develop strategies that maximize funds to establish an on-going marketing program. Program should identify potential marketing and advertising partners to develop tactics for generating new funding opportunities and leverage to extend a comprehensive marketing program.

Sometime availability of trained and qualified staff is very difficult and so its challenging to convince the prospective buyers.
In order to conduct various marketing functions proper planning, organizing and co-ordination is required which is done by marketing management. But due to lack of inefficient and improper management staff marketing activities are not handled properly.
Lack of proper marketing research activities in our country sometimes makes prediction of marketing trends difficult and therefore it becomes difficult to manipulate market demands.

FINDING OF THE STUDY
The educational qualifications of the respondents are 23 % of the respondents are SSLC, 27% of the respondents are HSC, 16% respondents are graduate and 40% of respondents are post graduate.
The product are running advertisements of 22% of respondents are one day ,18% are respondents one month,22% of the respondents are ten month,38% respondents are ten years advertising the employees.
The convey as being associated with your product through your advertisements of 14% of respondents are Ecstasy and 15 % are relief ,30% of respondents are comfort and 15 % of respondents are tasty and 18% of respondents are refreshing and 8% of respondents are security .
SUGGESTIONS OF THE STUDY
Modification must be brought about in IRR, in terms of quality.
Its demand should be increased.
The product must be made available easily market in sales the internet, televisions and radio, and websites.
Company must undertake extensive promotional activities like advertisements must be released in different Medias to create brand awareness.
Free samples should be distributed among the prospects. Sales promotion tools like gifts, contests and coupons must be given to retailers as well as customers and prospects.
Catalogues should be distributed among customers.
Price should be as competitive as other company maintains
