TURBO-INTRODUCTION
A turbo can significantly boost an engine's horsepower without significantly increasing its weight. Turbochargers are a type of forced induction system.
In order to achieve this boost, the turbocharger uses the exhaust flow from the engine to spin a turbine, which in turn spins an air pump.
Therefore, we can expect to get 30- to 40-percent improvement in power.
Increasing the torque indirectly results in improvement of torque.
TURBO FUNCTIONS
Normalize Air Supply
Boost Air Supply
Normalizing:
Compensate for thinner Air
Normal Power at high Altitudes
Boosting:
More Oxygen / Increased Fuel Setting
Higher Power
Better Combustion
Better Fuel Economy
Cleaner Emissions
Quieter
ADVANCE TURBO LUBRICATION SYSTEM
This systems supplies lubrication oil as soon as the engine starts and after the engine gets shutdown.
It consists of the following parts
Spring loaded accumulator:
This accumulator acts as a reservoir which supplies oil for turbocharger during lack of lubrication.
It includes spring loaded plunger and cylinder arrangement.
Solenoid assembly:
The solenoid which is electromechanical device which will actuate the stopper in the accumulator.
solenoid gets power from battery.
