Q 1 :-> Give the comparison between CorelDraw and Photoshop. Write at least 5 distinct points of consideration.
Ans: Difference between CorelDraw and Photoshop is as follows:
1. Meaning:- Corel Draw is a PC-based graphic design vector drawing program. Corel Draw to tackle a wide variety of projects - from Illustration and logo creation to Web graphics or multi-page marketing brochures, or eye-catching signs. You can also Draw shapes, work with text, add colour and effects, Corel Draw is a very flexible vector and graphic package.. Whereas, Photoshop, now up to version 7.0, is the leading professional image-editing program, released by Adobe. Photoshop is useful for both creating and editing images to be used in print or online. Easy to use, but full of high-quality features, Photoshop is the best choice for any image manipulation job.
2. Applications:- CorelDraw is applied in creating various new designs, logos or combining new designs with existing bitmap pictures. It also applied to tackle a wide variety of projects – from Illustration and logo creation. Whereas, Adobe photoshop is applied only for editing the bitmap images or pictures. Photoshop has been an useful tool for graphic designers to create artwork conveniently and aesthetically.
3. Tools:-. Various CorelDraw tools are freehand drawing tool, Bezier tool, artistic media tool, curve tool, paintbucket tool and etc. Whereas, Photoshop tools are designed to meet the demand of the images or pictures. These tools typically fall under the categories of cropping and slicing, drawing, painting, selection, typing, and retouching.
4. Formats:- CorelDraw file format is a proprietary file format developed by corel corporation (.CDR), CorelDraw Template (.CDT). Whereas, Adobe Photoshop file format is developed by Adobe systems.(.PSD), Bitmap images (.BMP)
Q2 :-> Elucidate templates in CorelDraw. Also explain their importance and use.

Ans: Application launcher in CorelDraw is Located on the Property Toolbar at the top of the screen, users can access the Application Launch tool. By using this tool, users may access Corel CAPTURE, Corel BARCODE WIZARD, CorelDraw, and Corel PHOTO-PAINT.
Q4 :-> Explain the role and use of CorelDraw in designing a logo.
