Abstracts: In this project, two types of analysis are to be held, by using software and by practical performance. The main concentration of project is based on “Forming analysis of tailor welded blanks”. Tailor welded blanks (TWB) are increasingly used in the automotive industry. A tailored blank consists of two or more than two sheets having differed in size or shape or thickness, which are joined by a welding process. While deep drawing of this blank, wrinkle waves are induced in blanks. We are going to study the wrinkles induced and will work on decreasing that wrinkles. For the parameter study and problem analysis, we will use the software named "Hyper Works". In this software, we will check different parameters because of which wrinkles are induced. And we will check how we can decrease the wrinkles by changing the values of different types of parameters in process. Then we will do practical analysis of our changed parameters and validate theoretical and practical analysis.
