Abstracts: Milling process is widely used in most of the manufacturing industries due to its capability of producing complex geometric surfaces with reasonable accuracy , surface finish, less machining time. However, with the inventions of CNC Milling Machine, the flexibility has been adopted along with versatility in End milling process.The selection of optimal machining parameters like spindle speed, depth of cut and feed rate for milling operations will be investigated in order to minimize the surface roughness and machining time. Response surface methodology will be used for design of experiments in full factorial, Taguchi and ANOVA will be used for analysis of the process parameters .
