Abstracts: This project is aimed at developing an Appraisal Tracker that is of importance to either an organization or a college. This Appraisal Tracker helps an organization to automate the review of an employee in the organization. This system will also allow HR Department to manage its employees in a better way. When needed it will just take a few moments to find out the contribution of the employee to the organization and his/her background? It will also make it very easy to generate statistical data or custom data like finding certain set of employees or various kinds of reports. An Appraisal is a process of obtaining, analysing and recording information about the relative worth of an employee to the organization. It is an analysis of an employee’s recent success and failures, personal strength and weakness and suitability for promotion or further training. An Appraisal is a process by which the job performance of an employee is evaluated (generally in terms of quality, quantity, cost, time, timeliness, communication skills etc.) typically by the corresponding manager or supervisor. But this system also allows other employees to participate in appraisal process (i.e 360 appraisal reviews).
