Organizations also give adequate attention towards the new comers for the effective socialization. Seniors managers spend time during the induction training.
The organizations follow the structured and widely shared training policy in the company based on its business strategy. Organizations used to evaluate the training programme time to time. They also give emphasis on developing leadership quality in the new recruits during the training period. Employees are given training in the areas in which they required training. The employees also take part in determining their training needs. The organizations used the experiential techniques such as game during the training session. Most of the organizations used the ‘on the job’ and ‘off the job training’ providing session. Sometimes training programs helps the employees to reduce their stress level. The organization used to keep their training programme updated and relevant to the current employment scenario. The training evaluations are conducted to revise the training programme. Mentoring programme helps the young managers to provide emotional support and guidelines. Organizations give the opportunities to the managers to perform different tasks and acquire competencies. The organizations used the mentoring and job instruction technique for the ‘on the job’ training. In the organization, every employee is given equal opportunity of training. This days computer based training is also results into highly beneficial for the organization. Suggestions are also taken from the employees to make the training programme more effective. Line manager is the personality who is responsible for the T & D part of the organization. The training is provided in such manner so that the employees get satisfied by the training. The organizations often used to give training more than 3 times a year. 100% HRD is required for any organization to achieve the organizational goal.
