Vehicle arm require an \"arm controller\" to command motors to achieve a coordinated & predetermined motion in an external space with desired accuracy, efficiency & quick response to the controller. In same sense vehicle requires a vehicle controller to command the motor to achieve a linear motion. Specified in the X-Y direction. Today everyone can afford to have a cell phone. Hence using the cell phone users can controlled the arm and vehicle action in the forward, reverse, left & right direction. This system will be at prime importance where the manual fault diagnosis cannot take place the operation controls the vehicle motion via mobile phone. Many mobile vehicle move in straight line \'stop\' & \'Go\' manner, i.e., the vehicle could travel in a straight line for same distance & then stop while stopped it could run to a new heading once turning finished. The vehicle is then free to make another straight line displacement.

In our project we used one mobile at remote side i.e. o a vehicle the mobile has a facility automatic answering mode due to which mobile pick up the call automatically, so the manual pick up is not required the o/p of mobile is connected to an audio power amplifier.
They are specifically designed for mobile equipment operating with 5V supply the amplified signal is provide to DTMF i.e. Dual tone multi frequency decoder AC register signaling is used in DTMF telephones. When the number is dialed then it is converted in 4 bit binary code by the DTMF decoder the O/P of the DTMF decoder is given to the i/p of micro controller. First four pin of micro controller are used to interface DTMF decoder.
The micro controller is programmed for controlling the pick and place operation and vehicle movement as the O/P from micro controlled is not sufficient to drive stepper motors, hence a driver circuit is used. To operate the whole system 12 V. lead acid batter is used, which is placed on the vehicle thus the system is self-powered.
