Graphite is a crystalline forms of carbon. In the graphite each carbon atom is covalently bounded to three carbon atoms to give trigonal geometry in graphite. The parallel layer arranged, which bounded into hexagonal structure after investigating, it is clearly found that the graphite material has outstanding heat transfer properties. The thermal conductivity of the graphite is high like parent material copper and Aluminum. The specific gravity of the graphite is much low as compared to copper. The graphite withstand temperature as high as 3000-degree centrigrade. The hexagonal structure of the graphite material gives open cellular form like foam. Due to such type of structure it posses high thermal conductivity & Thermal Diffusivity.

The graphite material is very cheaper than other material. Since it is very essential to replace the other costly material form the various equipment like, water heater, heat exchanger, high power electrical equipments, cooling devices, radiators for reducing the complexity, cost packing size and weight.
By using graphite, we designed a water heater. In this water heater the graphite material is arranged in such a way that the water molecules come in more contact with graphite material in order to improve the water heating rate as compared to other type of water heaters.
In other type of water heater different material is used for hating purpose, which increased the cost, size, complexity, weight etc. but in case of graphite such problems are totally eliminated because, it has excellent corrosion resistance, non contaminating material, light in weight, reasonable price simple joining in construction and highly heat transfer rate.
The operation of water heater is not harmful to the environment and human beings. Also it is a noiseless system.
