Abstract
The security and privacy of patient-related data are two essential components for the system security of the WSN. By data security, we mean the data is securely stored and transferred and traced IP; and data privacy means the data can only be accessed by the community who have authorization to vision and apply it.
The wireless sensor network has emerged as a new technology for e-healthcare that allows the data of a patient’s crucial body parameters and movements to be traced by small wearable or implantable sensors and communicated using short-range wireless sensor techniques. WSN has shown great potential in improving healthcare quality, and thus has found a wide range of applications from everywhere strength tracing and computer assisted analysis to emergency medical response systems. The security and privacy protection of the data collected from a WSN, either while stored inside the WSN or during their transmission outside of the WSN, is a major unsolved concern, with challenges coming from stringent resource constraints of WSN devices, and the high demand for both security/privacy and practicality/usability. In this project we look into two important data security issues: secure and dependable distributed data storage, and fine-grained distributed data access control for sensitive and private patient medical data. We discuss various practical issues that need to be taken into account while fulfilling the security and privacy requirements.
In an Existing system two important data security issues are there, namely secure and dependable distributed data storage and fine-grained distributed data access control for the sensitive and private patient medical data loss. The patient-related data’s are leaking during storage period, the data needs to be always kept confidential at a node or local server. The data confidentiality should be resilient to device Compromise attacks. In the Proposed System it will provide Data Storage Security Requirements. Patient-related data should be kept confidential during storage periods. Especially, its confidentiality should be robust against node compromise and user collusion.Patient-related data must not be modified illegally during storage periods, which shall be checked and detected by a node dynamically.Patient-related data must be readily retrievable when node failure or data erasure happens.
Data Access Security Requirements:
A fine-grained data access policy shall be enforced to prevent unauthorized access to patient-related data generated by the WSN.When a user of the WSN abuses his/her privilege to carry out unauthorized actions on patient-related data, he/she should be identified and held accountable. The privileges of WSN users or nodes should be deprived in time if they are identified as compromised or behave maliciously.
