Company Description
A little background.
Getting an enterprise off the ground is hard. Getting it to stay afloat – even more so. They say that 80% of new ventures do not survive their 3rd year. And half of the surviving 20% do not live to see their 6th. We have survived for 12 and we think we have just begun.
We've landed one Big-5 Pharma client and we are working with them towards having a multi-billion dollar impact on their bottom line.
What are we all about?
While, like all start-ups, we would like to dream of becoming the next Google, we’d like to temper that and suggest that we believe our growth trajectory will be healthy; one that we can manage such that we can provide all team members with superb opportunities for growth and development.
What do we think team members should bring to the table?
We know you are unique and we want you to continue being unique. Together with that special magic that makes you you, we’d like to see you:
• Help foster a culture of innovation and fun
• Display comfort with data analysis tools - think MS-Excel, SQL Server and stretch from there
• Deal elegantly with pressure and deadlines
• Have an in-built sense of accountability and purpose
• Paint a vision for yourself at work, the community we live in and the world
• Pharmaceutical/Healthcare knowledge is good to have but not a deal breaker if absent
• Travel when required - keeping in mind that we don't want a Yeti-size carbon footprint
• Develop and nurture long term relationships inside and also with customers/clients
Lone ranger or Wolf pack?
Very often, in complex business situations, two heads are better than one. Our project teams are usually composed of two to five people drawn from different levels of the firm. Working with small teams on major assignments encourages a close working relationship with our Analysts, Managers, Principals and Clients.
Why should you believe us?
We find healthy cynicism energy boosting. So, we could throw a tome of philosophy at you and bury the question, or you could engage curiosity the cat and have a conversation with us. After all, we are committed to shaking the cynic out of you and replacing it with a fervent believer.
We are happy to discuss this with you if it piques your interest. Let us know, reach us here - aptes at aspectratiodata dot com or shivramapte at gmail dot com
