What is axle less transmission ---
It is a independent transmission system in which power is given to the each wheel by using separate linkage which is directly connected to the wheel hub.
axle less transmission allows each wheel to move vertically (i.e. reacting to a bump in the road) independently to each other.
This system is used in off road vehicle & racing cars.
Components of axle less transmission
BALL JOINTS -- A joint that allows the control arm and steering knuckle to move up and down, as well as side to side.
SPRING ---- supports the weight of the vehicle permits the control arm and wheel to move up and down.
STABILIZER BAR -- It limits body roll of the vehicle during cornering.
