Introduced in 1998 and its intended basic purpose was to be a wire replacement technology in order to rapidly transfer voice and data.
Eliminates the need for numerous and inconvenient cable attachments.
Enables users to automatically and easily connect a wide range of computing and telecommunication devices.
Bluetooth is actually a standard for wireless communications between devices within a range of 10metres.
Connections can be point-to-point or multipoint.
The maximum range is 10 meters but can be extended to 100 meters by increasing the power.

BLUE EYES technology aims at creating computational machines that have perceptual and sensory ability like those of human beings.
Blue eyes uses sensing technology to identify a user’s actions and to extract key information.
Information is then analyzed to determine the user’s physical, emotional, or informational state.
Blue Eyes is the name of a human recognition venture initiated by IBM to allow people to interact with computers in a more natural manner.
The technology aims to enable devices to recognize and use natural input.
It senses the user's pulse, monitor his or her facial expressions, and the movement of his or her eyelids.
