Introduction
The objective of this project is to automate the business processes in CPM. Customer and Partner Management (CPM) maintain customer data for all applications in one place and supply all information regarding those customers. . It provides functionality and interfaces to create and maintain customers, provides an inventory of purchased products and services and supports the creation of contracts in order to model business relations between the operator and its customers.
1.2 SCOPE
Currently the business processes present between customers, partners and the organization are created manually. Moreover there does not exists any easy to use interface for customers, partners and the organization itself to create access and modify processes.
Camunda BPMN platform aims at automation of these business processes, through use of various tools. It also provides a nice interface to the probable users, to facilitate easy usage.
