You arrive at a reception for a meeting.
The receptionist directs you to one of the touch-screens. The self service check in is very simple. You enter your name, company and your host’s name and your vehicle registration via the onscreen keyboard. You follow the simple instructions and take a seat while your host is sent an email or text message to announce your arrival. The whole process takes seconds. Your host collects your badge from reception and you proceed to your meeting.
SBS Group have touch-screen access to suit your price range and your specific needs. Whether it be for disabled users, Kiosks, wall or desk mounted we have the solutions. We can integrate a camera for photo-id or a brief induction video. We can differentiate between Visitors, Contractors and Staff for automated Check-in.
A badge can be printed automatically or on selection by security or reception staff at the desk.

Safe-pass stores the historical data relating to all visitors to your premises. This includes, where the visitor is located, who they are visiting, their vehicle information, the time of their arrival and departure.
It processes visitors, quickly and efficiently with minimal tasks preformed by the receptionist or security guard.
A Fire List of all visitors can be produced instantly in real-time.
A self-service Touch-screen Kiosk, Wheelchair Accessible Touch-screen Arm or Desk or Wall mounted Touch-screens are available for processing visitor data and enabling badge printing.
Pre-printed plastic badges can be prepared, ready for swiping, in advance of your visitor’s arrival.
Cards can integrated with access control to allow access through turn-styles or Barriers.
An automated Email and Text message can be sent to the Host alerting them to the arrival of their visitor.
Safe-pass uses a Thermo Re-writable Plastic Badge Printer to produce the badge.
