Abstracts: The Complaint Computing Buster is a web application that can be accessed throughout the organization or a specified User. The main objective of this project is to maintain Product management detail and customer complaint management.“Complaint computing buster” of the organization is developed to overcome the most of the problem occurring in the manual system by online computerizing the existing system its main aim is to provide the quick action of complaint of information given by customer through the system while system been used by customer and employee. The two main entities are : employee and technician can approve complaint requests after checking/ matching the complaint availability of solution. Customer can enter Complaint in online text mode and voice complaint using a complaint Request form. When Complaint enters, an email is automatically sent to the employee. When complaint is granted by the normal employee, a confirmation email will be sent to technician employee stating that complaint has been solution mail to customer or solve within a particular given time.
