Abstracts: This system has 3 users: Admin, Employee and Customers. Admin can manage following: software products, employees and customers once a customer logs into the system, he/she can start a new complaint ticket in the support system. a customer may also choose to add image screenshot or video with the ticket. these tickets are available to the employees when they login, one of the employee would read the ticket and resolve it, upload resolving the ticket the employee would reply the ticket with appropriate data. this was, employee and customers can communicate effective to solve queries. admin can also view indepth reports like customer report, employee list report, total support ticket report, pending support ticket report, resolved support ticket report - month wise, year wise, etc.
