Abstracts: Client Support System that is being developed for Xduce InfoTech mainly aims to automate the log of the services provided by Xduce InfoTech to its Client Companies. Xduce Infotech Pvt Ltd is an oracle team gold partner which provides database consultancy services to different companies like GTPL,Sterling Hospital etc. Currently the consultancy call log details are maintained manually on paper which is time consuming as well as tedious task. Hence aiming to ease of maintenance and making a live web application smoothens out the management process to keep track of the log of all services provided.
