Abstract.
Most of the Telemedicine Foundation has limited Telemedicine
nodes connection in rural area. But increasing population of countries need unlimited
of complexity Telemedicine connection. My research work proposed
Cloud and Grid computing based Telemedicine using computer communication
network by distributed sharing of Internet for supports increasing complexity
of TM nodes connection to implements to rural area for point to point communication
and Multipoint to Multipoint connection with communication control
This paper examine the evaluation of unlimited TM connection to rural area
and analyses the diffusion of Telemedicine nodes by limited connection from
model of hierarchical telemedicine network,. [1].[2].[3]
Introduction
VSAT based telemedicine network is a hierarchical structure of telemedicine network.
Mostly telemedicine used in rural area . but needs the following back ground.
[1][4][5].
• need network division.
• need License and agreements from Network foundation.
• need of V-Satellite Communication.
• need high frequency , bandwidth allocation with respect distance
transmission.
• need high cost for maintenance for TM foundation or division of centre.
• need high filter section circuit for transmission and receiving signal .
The fig 1.model is hierarchical structure of VSAT telemedicine networks model, If
the patient 1 has to connect and discuss to Specialist Doctor 4.
Method of Cloud and Grid Based Telemedicine Network
My research paper for Telemedicine using Computer Communication Network that
is followed cloud and Grid by distributing sharing of Internet method of network ,
this model supports unlimited TM connection in Rural area and overcome the rooting
busy or failure if one root is busy or failure the other root is selected by routing algorithm
as shown in fig 2.[1][7][8][9][20].
Concept of Computer Communication Network by
Distributing Sharing
In the application of telemedicine, the medical information usually needs to be distributed
among medical doctors and display, archival, and analysis devices. For example
in fig.3 is hierarchical structure of Telemedicine Network when Patient A is requested
to send data to the medical specialists A and C, by using the traditional method, the
patient has to send data to specialist A first and then the same data to specialist C. If a
service in the Medical Center A was able to receive the data packages of Patient A
and deliver the packages to specialists A and C, the patient’s operation would not be
simplified. Patient A send data to medical center A then send to Specialist A.
Grid Computing Based Telemedicine Network
This Grid computing network service is supports complexity maintenance of Telemedicine
using computer communication network by internet with reliability and
security assessment[1][21]. Grid computing is a powerful and efficient computational
technology which represented as an advanced step for the high speed computer
communication network in Telemedicine and high technical specified machines (PC,
Desktops, super computers...). Grid computing shares the Telemedicine resources
based on different platforms (operating systems), hardware/software architectures,
and computer languages, located in different locations depending on architecture of
Grid service network to telemedicine Network using open standards and protocols
GRID technology as shown in figure 7.
Portal
This service provides the uniform web based interface for grid users due to the Grid
Telemedicine network system. It also provides the different interfaces forTelemedicine
node service submission, result presentation and grid monitoring status. Bioinformaticians
are creating Grid Services Portals. These are actual service providers
wishing to take advantage of the grid’s computational power and data storage capacity.
Grid service Portals may be used to run the presently existing algorithms as well as
new grid-aware ones. Many biomedical service providers rely on web-based technologies
to offer access to their databases and computational resources. Grid service
Portal as shown in fig.10.
Model of Load Balancing Algorithm
Mainly load balancing algorithm needs to Cloud and Grid based telemedicine network
for increasing overload of unlimited connection by internet connection Every
GAM(Grid Agent Manager ) sharing overloads by Grid computing service and
minimize the congestion, waiting time, communication delay. The Model of load
balancing algorithm implements to Cloud and Grid based Telemedicine through Internet.
as shown in figure 9.
Conclusion
Cloud and Grid based telemedicine Network through Internet supports low cost maintenance
with unlimited TM connection in rural area. All the small scale hospital can
be implemented Telemedicine centre or Foundation by Telecommunication. Grid
mobile telemedicine also supports unlimited telemedicine connection in rural area
through Internet with Quality assurance.[16][19].
