Abstracts: In today’s Internet era, electronic mail is primary means of communication for hundreds of millions of individuals. Internet provides huge amount of information to the users. The expectation of users are it should be available continuous. Most modern e-mail systems are based on a centralized approach in which users communicate with a central server in order to retrieve their personal mail. The functional elements of a messaging architecture — MTAs, hosting servers, directory servers and so on — have traditionally been deployed across multiple servers in a networked environment. However these systems are trying to meet user expectations. The basic goal of our project is to provide a Wide Organization a full secured service of Mailing both for Internet and Intranet which will store mail transaction data on cluster of DB servers. The mail server supports a service of creating a data snapshot of every user currently connected to the server in its own memory. So during the disconnection between clustered db server & mail server transaction (updating, deleting, and adding) is performed by the mail server in the user allocated memory.
