INTRODUCTION TO PROJECT To propose all in one system that include both tracking & Courier System To develop a software solution for courier service system that provide best service, error free and last longer To study their current information system and identify how business processes handle by an information technology solution Customer will hand over his or her good to the branch . Employee will enter information to the database about both customer & item details. Check whether that item can be delivered to that destination. If everything is okay way bill is printed out. It contains all the information to identify the delivery. Customer can know the location details through their DHL web site & call to the branch. In our project we can order courier services from website Total cost and rate of courier is described to sender and receiver State wise city wise branch wise area wise booking is described to sender and receiver
