Abstracts: The purpose of this document is to present a detailed description of the Dynamic Crystal Report Generation for Customer Care System. It will explain the purpose and features of the system, the interfaces of the system, the system functionalities, and constraints under which it must operate and how the system will react to external stimuli. This document is intended for both the customers and employees of the system. It defines how our client, team and audience can see the product and its functionality as per their authorisations. It is to gather info from user and analyze the customer data, provide customer request based scheduling and provides completely dynamic crystal report generation for customer care system.
