Abstracts: Conventional monolithic materials have limitations in achieving good combination of strength, stiffness, toughness and density. To overcome these shortcomings and to meet the ever increasing demand of modern day technology, composites are most promising materials of recent interest. In materials science, Composite laminates are assemblies of layers of fibrous composite materials which can be joined to provide required engineering properties, including in-plane stiffness, bending stiffness, strength, and coefficient of thermal expansion. In our project, we make the sheet layer composite material, which satisfy the requirement of the various application of the field. Main consideration of our project to increase the strength to weight ratio and also improve the properties of the layered composite material, which can be used as alternative material in various field of application like pressure vessel manufacturing, heat exchanger. We selected Aluminium 3003 alloy, Stainless steel 304 and Glass fiber as our materials. We made specimens of different combinations and then performed Three point bending test on the specimens. Based on the output of the test we selected the best combination of the composite
