In any industry we use different types of pipe for various works so for the pipe cutting is very important function for the industry so we cut the pipe precisely and accurately so we reduced the less material removal rate and achieve good finishing is achieved reducing time and effort. So therefore actually we design & fabricate a small mini lathe for cutting up to one and half inch pipe. In this pipe is fitted in the chuck one side and other side fixed with the tail stock pulley and gear mechanism is used for the rotating the chuck and laser is focused on the periphery of pipe so pipe is cutting with minimum material removal with good finishing. We fabricated and design the mini lathe for the pipe cutting with the help of laser. The laser cutting is used for sheet metal industry and also for leather cutting used in dashboards of automobile for cutting horizontally and vertically. Laser can not cut the metal throughout its periphery without any mechanism so for supporting the assembly we fabricated the set up mini lathe is used for holding the pipe now the gear or pulley assembly is used for rotating chuck and the tailstock is used for holding the work piece (pipe).After pipe is rotating by the mechanism, the laser is laid on the pipe surface and the pipe gets cuts by its periphery. Now entire pipe does not get cut entirely through laser because some pipe thickness is very huge and so far such type of arrangement both laser as well as lathe assembly is used.
