COURSE 10: CONTEMPORARY ISSUES IN EDUCATION
1. Discuss the problems that you face while teaching children with special needs in a mainstream class and how do you tackle the situation.
2. Describe the various identification procedures which you would use in your classroom for identifying children with learning difficulties.
3. In the context of social changes education is not only to impart information and to teach skills to the students but also to inculcate the values of Humanism, Democracy, Socialism, Secularism and National Integration - justify this statement.
