Abstracts: With the development of Technologies more and more and more challenging problem are faced by the technology of the industry and the industry in field of manufacturing. The difficulty in the adopting the traditional design and manufacturing process can be solved by implementing new design software and different types of manufacturing techniques. Non-Clog Submersible pump is widely used for agriculture and sewage application to transfer the fluid from underground fluid level. Non-Clog Submersible pump consists various heavy components like motor, impeller, pedestal, lifting handle and motor cap. During the lifting of the pump, heavy stresses are produced in motor cap. Due to heavy weight of rotor and motor cap, high loading produced which needs to be reduced. For that weight of motor cap can be reduced from unnecessary portion but strength should not be reduced while reducing weight. So optimization of motor cap needs to be done. Analysis of motor cap will be done on standard Finite element analysis software. Based on this analysis, required changes for weight of motor cap will be done.
