Abstracts: This project work is carried out for the analysis of multi leaf spring having seven leaves used in a commercial vehicle, which includes one full length leaves with casted eyed ends and six graduated length leaves. The finite element modeling is generated in CATIA V5 R11and the finite element analysis of a multi leaf spring has been carried out in ANSYS 14 workbench. The analysis of conventional leaf spring of STEEL [65Si7] and three different composite leaf spring of same dimensions is been carried out. The three different composite materials analyzed are E-GLASS Fiber, E-CARBON Fiber and E-GRAPHITE Fiber. The analysis of the leaf spring has been performed by generating the model in infinite nodes and elements and refining them under defined boundary conditions like load, fixed supports etc. to generate Static and Fatigue analyzed results and also Mass volume (weight). At last comparison of both steel and chosen composite material analytical results has been carried for conclusion.
