INTRODUCTION
We intent to design a device to store the energy during braking .
By using a constant force spring for the purpose to store the energy.
The energy can be stored using the spiral spring and delivered back at a constant rate when needed in uniform.
OBJECTIVE
Our aim is to design a kinetic energy regeneration system
The stored energy reuses it to help to propel the rider when needed.
In return the stored energy is transferred when starting up again
MOTIVATION
To produce usable energy inspired by F1 technology
To store the energy wasted in a bicycle during breaking
The product can be added to existing bicycles with a slight modification
CONCLUSION
We conclude by saying that the overall goal was to design the Regenerative Braking System while keeping the engineering, producer and customer models in check.
A similar type of MKERS can be developed for kinetic energy regeneration in other vehicles like bikes, cars, etc.
