Abstracts: Biogas production has usually been applied for waste treatment, mainly sewage sludge, agricultural waste (manure) and industrial organic waste streams. In order to improve the economical feasibility of biogas production, a new concept will take over: biocng. The goal of the biocng concept is to convert close to 100% of the incoming biomass into energy or valuable products, such as Biogas, Purified Enriched Biogas, 97% Methane, Organic Waste, Sustainable Transport Fuel, Renewable Natural gas (RNG), Compressed Natural Gas CNG etc. Recently some biogas plants have been equipped with modern machines and automation equipment such as PLC, SCADA, HMI etc. By implementing modern control technology, biogas plants can operate more efficiently and reliably. It must provide all the required functions, including instrumentation and drive technology, safety technology, and energy management, in an integrated solution to minimize space, cost, training and operator time PLC – scada interfacing give graphical representation of plant .the new thing we use is ANNUNCIATOR is a group of lights used as a central indicator of status of equipment or systems.
