The objectives of the Private Power Utilities (BSES) Project are to provide additional generation, transmission and distribution capacity to meet increasing electricity demand in the Bombay area, maintain good service quality provided to Bombay Suburban Electric Supply Company's (BSES's) Customers, support the government's endeavors to increase private sector participation in the supply of power, and assist BSES in its transformation from a distribution company to an integrated power utility which operates generation, transmission and distribution facilities.
The objectives of my project are as follows:-
• It will distribute Electricity all Over in INDIA.
• It wills easy accessing to every user because I will use GUI that uses any novice user also.
• This Software will maintain details of customers, electricity, staffs.
• In this software I will use different types of security to safely this system works a long time.
• Enhance capacity to process a greater amount of activity.
• It will integrated platform for both Customers and employees for various activities.
System Analysis
The main objectives of System Analysis are to determine the customer’s needs. The system analysis is the process of investigating existing system, identifying problems, and using the information to the new system. To building computer base information system needs a careful analysis and design implementation. At the heart of system analysis is a detailed understanding of all important facets of business area under investigation. Analyst, wiring closely with the employees and managers, must study the business process to answer these key questions.
Feasibility Study
It is the most important phase of the system analysis to check the proposed system is feasible or not. At the end of this phase a go-no-go decision is taken. Go-no-go decision is project will make or not. A feasibility study is conducted to select the best system that meets performance requirement.
Types of Feasibility Study:-
(i) Technical Feasibility
(ii) Operational Feasibility
(iii) Economical Feasibility
(i) Technical Feasibility
The project is technically feasible as the hardware tools used by the project fulfill the need of software. The chosen platform and hardware completely fulfill the requirement of the system. Thus, the project is technically feasible.
My proposed system BSES is a web application so I will use ASP.NET, SQL Server, in OS I will use Microsoft Windows in my proposed system BSES to make technically feasible.
