EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
This project pertains to a study of “DIFFERENT MOTIVATIONAL FACTORS USED TO INCREASE THE EMPLOYEE PRODUCTIVITY” with special reference to HMT Machine tools ltd. The study explores the various aspects of HMT. The present study tries to understand the various dimensions of motivating activities. The study focused on the effectiveness of motivation on HMT for employees & focused more on techniques of motivation and tools used for motivation so as to achieve the objectives of Human Resource Management. Thus the overall study is concentrated more on methods of motivation and level of satisfaction of employee’s .the study is supplemented with suitable questionnaire in order to elucidate responses from the employees, at the same time to make the study more interesting and worthwhile. At the last few chapters of this project effort is made on analyzing & interpreting the data gathered from the field study. The analysis shows that training is a welcomed activity among the employees in the organization the data are interpreted & represented in diagrammatic forms using suitable graphs & pie charts.etc. The finding, suggestion & conclusions are also given towards the end, some of them are that the, Management must think new motivational techniques which would facilitate both workers and organization and it must be effective which makes employees to work more effectively which in turn increases the productivity of the HMT.
