Rational Unified Process
The Rational Unified Process brings together elements from all of the generic process models, supports iteration and illustrates good practice in specification and design. The RUP is normally described from three
perspectives:
A dynamic perspective that shows the phases of the model over time.
A static perspective that shows the process activities that are enacted.
A practice perspective that suggests good practices to be used during the process.

Scope
There are four basic users - Customer, Admin, Dealer and Franchise Owner.
All users have their own profiles in EGS.
Customers can search other dealers. They also can view their profile, gas request, dealer’s prescription, gas expenses and help. Customer can also register complaint on any dealer.
Dealer will fill the customer’s gas request, and can view the e-report and customers suggestion. He/she also sends report to admin. He also views the complaints of customers and takes necessary actions.
Franchisee owner can view and manages the gas request, performs day open and close activities. He also sends reports to admin.
Admin has the authority to add/delete customers, grant permission to dealer and franchise owner, to generate and view reports.
