ABSTRACT
The advancement and the progress in ICT and user- friendliness of communication technology and its concerned IT-enabled services to the society at very nominal cost has elaborated the use of web-based and related functions for the several e-governance departmental works to make their work more transparent and coordinated. From the last few years, the functioning of the government has totally depended on the work culture as well as the working environment using IT based smart system where everyday life has become computerized and the manual help is only that much to upgrade the system. The government is totally aware of the strength of the IT sector for the benefit for the implementation of its functioning; bring smart and advanced system which provides ease of access of information and all the related services to its citizens.
INTRODUCTION
In the changing environment of today’s world everybody want that their computational needs to be fulfill as soon as they demand, it includes software, platforms, as well as scalable communication. The cloud computing make it possible by providing best possible environment for the best usage of resources. This will reduce the possibility of hard exertion by centralized and regularized of communication technology setup and reduced the cost to a extent. The
A control to follow the conventional technique of communication is very less for e – governance, to the atmosphere is friendlier and depends on green technology. Cloud computing will provide the distributing or allocation in the various government department which follows the same platform and are presently in use. The importance of e-governance and the role of cloud computing bring together the advanced services for citizens and also for the stake holders.
E – GOVERNANCE
Few years back we cannot think about the advancement in the government department and we are following the slow and time consuming method in the various government department. This situation has been change with the introduction of computerization in the government life processing cycle. With the rise in the awareness between citizens about their rights, duties more transparency in the government functioning and the correct method in the use of information and communication technology fulfills the governance needs. E – Governance is the tool of advancement in the information and communication technology to provide advanced services, transaction as well as communication between citizens, businesses and various government machineries.
THE INDIAN INITIATIVE
The Indian Government has constituted the independent information and technology department which is currently contributing to many IT based technology oriented, future implemental research projects. The government along with National e – Governance Plan(NeGP) has been taken out several advanced future oriented projects, such as Gyandoot in Madhya Pradesh, Raj Nidhi and raj-SWIFT in Rajasthan, Warana in Maharashtra etc.
CLOUD COMPUTING
Cluster of scalable and many interconnected virtual network and resources leads to the cloud computing which includes distributed computers, storage, system software etc. The collection of these components with the use of internet is simply offers kind of on demand services to many categories of the society includes users.
CONCLUSION
The attractive features of Cloud Computing like On – demand self service, network entrance, site self governing reserves of pool components, quick enhancement and calculated pre-planned services for the effective e-governance. As various researchers predicted that year 2012 20% Cloud Computing is used in e-governance for its proper execution. The advanced development in the ICT field point out that government all over the world will make use of this technology. Cloud Computing can make the changes in the government scenarios and their policies for the proper working as well as the execution of their e – services. The government follows the citizen – oriented approach to make general public closer to government. It is observed that the use of Cloud Computing will reduced expenses of government for the proper implementation of its big projects. The most important aspect of cloud computing is two way communication of citizens and government which leads to an effective execution of government policies.
