Abstracts: • E-procurement application covers the reverse auction, forward auction and complete tendering process starting from online publishing of tender enquiries, online bid submission by the bidders, online bid opening, online bid evaluation and publication of award of contract. • Under e-Procurement, the complete tendering, including the submission of bids by the bidders, will become paperless. • E-Procurement requires the bidders to register on the CPP (Central Public Procurement) Portal, using a valid Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) and valid email address. The bidders will be required to submit their bids online on the e-Procurement module of in an encrypted format. • All the modules of this application are effectively used with Content Management System (CMS). • This application provide improved cash flow, reduced paperwork ,reduction in the cost of goods and services, and reduction in ordering and processing cost.
