ELECTRIC CONTROL VALVE SYSTEM
One of the rocking arm end have one small hole.This hole is connected using connecting rod with shaft.Another arm is working opposite to first arm.First arm is touching with fuel valve means Second arm dont touch with air valve.Similarly it is working speed of the engine. The engine shaft rotate slow means the arm touch valve very smoothly. So the fuel valve is lightly pushed. so a small amount of fuel is injected.It is constant for every where suppose a diesel engine vechicle moving 40 degree angle in mountain.That time a large amount of power is need to the vehicle.But the valve working speed is slowly.so the vehicle slowly moves to the mountain area.It is very difficult & uncomfortable.In this disadvantage is removed with ELECTRIC CONTROL VALVE SYSTEM.This method the valves are controlled by electric current and external energy source.In this method a engine genereator is connected to a shaft the shaft rotating means a power produced from the genereator.The power is directly passed through the magnatic coil. The magnatic coil is produced magnatic flux.In this magnatic flux attack to the permanent magnet.So,the valve is pushing down and also the diesel nob is opened. the diesel injected to the engine.It is also similar to the manual opereation.when a shaft rotating slow the power also produced low so the valve is lightly pushed.But a hills area it is not possible. so, external energy source(Battery) is connected to the magnatic coil with circuit board. Cirucuit board is controlled by sensors.A sensor is fixed to the engine shaft when a engine working below 10km / h at load time automatically the circuit board switch is ON.Now a battery voltage is going to magnatic coil it is also constant.Here a genereator voltage is 5v means 7v battery is used.now the magnatic coil is working as 7v.Now a valve movement is very fast.So,a lot of fuel suddenly inserted to the engine.The engine speed also increasing now generetor rotating high speed.so, produced lot of power.It is high to the previous stage power .Now a genereating power combine to the battery power and then go magnatic coil.Now a lot of magnatic flux is produced.Now the engine working high speed compare to the previous stage. When a engine speed goes to avereage level a sensor is disconnect to the battery from circuit board.In this process is continiously & properly.
