This project mainly concentrates on library message displays by using a typical multi-CPU embedded system
Due to the limit of memory space and the real time requirement, efficiency and memory usage should be fully considered when multi-CPU embedded systems (MCESs) are used.
Out of consideration of function and cost, the capacity of each CPU system in a MCES differs a lot from each other.
For the purpose of improving the capability, large communication equipments always equip as more CPUs as possible.
Each CPU is in charge of a particular function module with a self-independent embedded system. Thus, a technical support for distributing system is needed to enable processes in different function modules to coordinate with each other.
Embedded EDA Tools:
Micro-Vision IDE, Real view C Cross Compiler, software Hardware simulators, ORCAD for schematic & PCB design and simulation, HEX converter, Atmel 89xx Flash programmer burner V3.1.
Hardware Modules:
ST-0703 Tx Board, ST-0704 Rx Board, RS232 cable, AT89C51Microcontroller, Encoder HT640, Decoder HT648, RF Tx & Rx pairs, voltage regulator, ULN Driver, LCD, RPS, MAX232etc.
Firmware:
Firmware development using Embedded ‘C’ language.
Advantages:
Messages can be the “universal translator” between various platforms and languages, allowing each platform to work with their respective native data type.
Asynchronous communications: both the sender and receiver can be running flat out and not be constrained by waiting on each other.
