Abstracts: The Employee Performance Appraisal System provides to employees, descriptions and evaluations of work expectations. This current system is an enhancement of tasks & performance standards approach that has been used since 1996. As part of system preparation, Human Resource Management shall fix the parameters of evaluation of Execution and Leadership Abilities. Upon employment or promotion to current position, and Performance Analysis Hierarchy are both updated, to form the basis of Employee Performance Appraisal exercise in the period required. The Employment Responsibility table is also created at the time of joining or assumption of position promoted to, and provided to the employee. Human Resource Management shall have the provision to trigger the Employee Performance Appraisal exercise, whereupon a mail is triggered to each employee with a URL, to reach his/her Employee Responsibility Table in which in which to post self appraisal, save as draft, finalize and submit to next appraiser as per hierarchy.
