STATEMENT OF PROBLEM
Here, the problem behind this study is why majority of people used Hero Moto Corporation, bike compared to other company’s bike? In this context the researcher selected the topic “A STUDY ON BUYING BEHAVIOR AND CUSTOMER SATISFACTION ANALYSIS OF HERO MOTOR CORP GLAMOUR”
INTRODUCTION TO STUDY
Selling of any product, there is needed to build relationship with customer. For building customer relationship, company has to know the customer behavior and how will be their level of satisfaction. There is a direct relation between consumer satisfaction and purchase decision. Therefore, the company need to identify the satisfaction level of consumer and buying behavior. There are various factors influence the buying behavior of the consumer such as age, occupation, family, personality etc…Analysis and measuring buying behavior is effected on future demand. Nowadays, purchasing power increases for every person. Therefore, the chances of purchasing a motor bike probably happen Hero Moto Corps one of the leading companies in two wheeler industry.
OBJECTIVE OF THE STUDY
1. Compare buying behavior towards Hero Moto Corp Glamour with other similar branded bikes
2. Compare satisfaction level of Hero Moto Corp Glamour with other similar branded bikes
3. Compare satisfaction level of Golden Motors Consumer with other dealer’s consumers.
4. To find out relation between age and consumer satisfaction of bikes.
5. To find out relation between profession and consumer satisfaction of bikes.
6. To find out relation between experience and consumer satisfaction of bikes
SCOPE OF THESE STUDY
The aim of this study is to find out what is the reason to identify the satisfaction and buying behavior of Hero Moto corp and other bikes satisfaction and buying behavior are the reason for majority using Hero Moto corp. Glamour? If the answer is unfavorable than take favorable step to find out the reason
LIMITATIONS OF THE STUDY
The sample size chosen is covered only a small portion of the whole customers (100) of GOLDEN MOTORS, EDAPPAL.
The study is confined to limited period i.e., 7 days
Accuracy of the study is purely based on the information given by the respondents
Some of the respondent seemed to be very busy and hesitated to respond initially

The researcher used exploratory research method for their project sample size selected is 100 and convenience sampling method is used

Primary data are collected through field observation and structured questionnaire survey method. Secondary data collected from the files and records of Golden Motors
