A description is given of furnace temperature controller which easily adapted for use with electric furnace of widely differing power consumption & design. Three position controls is provided & the furnace temperature can be maintained within (+1/-1)c. This system is user friendly. We can save energy by using this project. This project can be widely used. The system can be adjusted to control the furnace at any temperature from room temperature to 400c & has been found that it is reliable over number of hours for continuous operation. The circuit modification necessary to convert the circuit to controlling the predetermind variation of temperature with time is given.

When the temperature of furnace reaches to 400c The controller given commands & it will turn off the flame.when the temperature of furnace reduces to 395c then the controller given commands & it will turn on the flame. To reduce pollution due to incomplete fuel consumption we can using special provision through which have supply fuel from fuel tank through sharp nozzle which supplies oil as sharp spray stream which fire immediately then single drop let & burnes fuel at 100% level. Using this project the effect of overheat is also reduced. In this way loss of energy gets reduced & project gives full efficiency.
