As we know human resources or man power may be thought as
the total knowledge skill creative abilities talent and aptitudes of an
organization at work place and work force
The study help us to know how management determines how an
organization should move from and its current man power position to its
derived position how to maintain and improve the organization ability
to achieve its goal by developing strategies.
As the employees are precious resources of the organization the
company has to extract work from it's employees and maintain that
resources of the organization. Its can be possible only by the study of

management . That how programmes to make efficient worker for

Relevance of study
The study was under taken to know the human resource
management in "Perfect Alloys company Ltd" in Shimoga Human
resource is the most important source in the world and company use of
those man power for its exponential growth.
The project show the loopholes and problem of man power in
proper utilization and the study give the solution for the smooth owning
of business w2oht efficient use of man power resources in the business
in general and in " Perfect alloy Company Ltd" particular. The study is
made to know the human relation in the "Perfect Alloy Company Ltd",
