Abstracts: The need for efficient and clean coal power has led to the evolution of better product design in Supercritical (SC) technologies. Global companies are developing new product designs for boilers, turbines, furnace walls, spirals and vertical configurations that can be made compatible with the extreme steam pressure conditions. Power plants using SC technologies operate under extreme steam and pressure conditions to enhance power efficiency. Supercritical boiler technologies will contribute to provide not only stable and high quality electricity, but also a better solution for reducing emissions and reduce impact to the environment. At initial condition pressure and temperature of boiler remains at atmospheric condition. After the starting of boiler the temperature of boiler is increased. At high temperature and pressure the heat transfer reached at its higher limit. So, at different level of heating of boiler due to change in heat transfer efficiency will also change.
